Connecting a second account sends me straight back. TikTok will silently re-authorise whichever account your browser is already logged into. Log out of TikTok in that browser first, or use a private window, then connect again.
An account says it needs attention. Its access has expired or been revoked. Reconnect it from the Accounts page — nothing else is lost, and scheduled posts for that account resume once it’s healthy.
Removing an account stops it publishing and deletes its data here. It does not touch anything already published on TikTok. To cut our access entirely, revoke it on TikTok: Profile → Settings and privacy → Security & permissions → Apps.
Times are in your workspace timezone, set in Settings — not your browser’s. The composer says which one it’s using above the time field.
“Spread across accounts” staggers uploads forward from your chosen time so the same video doesn’t land on every account in the same second. Nothing ever publishes early. Set it to zero if you want them simultaneous.
A post failed. Open it on the Scheduler to see TikTok’s reason and retry it. Common causes are the account’s daily post limit, a video longer than the account allows, or access that needs reconnecting.
Cancelling. Queued and failed posts can be cancelled. Anything already published can’t — deleting it here wouldn’t remove it from TikTok, so delete it in the TikTok app instead.
Videos are stored once and can go to any account. Click a title to rename it. Deleting a video removes the file permanently — posts already published stay live on TikTok and stay in your history, but any drafts using that video are deleted with it. A video still queued to publish can’t be deleted until you cancel those posts.
Charts are built from a daily snapshot of each connected account, so history starts the day you connect an account rather than covering the past. Follower counts and per-video views, likes, comments and shares come from TikTok’s API. Watch time, retention and audience demographics are not exposed by the API for your own account, so they aren’t shown.
Some restrictions are TikTok’s, not ours, and we surface them rather than hide them. There is a cap on posts per account per day, shared with any other tool authorised on that account. Captions are limited to 2,200 characters. Maximum video length varies per account and is checked before you schedule.
