These terms govern your use of ShortSera, operated by ShortSera, KVK 99819600 (“we”). By creating an account you agree to them.
ShortSera lets you connect TikTok accounts you own or are authorised to manage, upload videos, and schedule those videos to publish to one or more of those accounts through TikTok’s official Content Posting API.
Publishing depends on TikTok’s API. TikTok sets limits we cannot change, including a daily cap on posts per account that is shared with any other tool you use and with posts you make in the TikTok app itself. TikTok may reject, delay, remove or restrict a post for its own reasons. We show you what TikTok reports back, but we cannot guarantee a post will publish, remain published, or reach any particular audience.
Until TikTok has approved our application for its Content Posting audit, TikTok restricts posts made through ShortSera to private visibility and limits how many accounts may post per day. We display these limits in the product.
ShortSera is provided on an “as is” basis. During beta there is no uptime commitment. We may change or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes.
You keep all rights to the content you upload. You grant us only the licence needed to store it and transmit it to TikTok on your instruction. We claim no ownership and do not use your content for any other purpose.
Paid plans, if any, are described at the point of purchase. During beta the service may be provided free of charge, and we may introduce fees with at least 30 days’ notice.
You may close your account at any time; see the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or that put our TikTok API access at risk.
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or €100 if you paid nothing. We are not liable for lost profits, lost followers, or action taken against your accounts by TikTok.
Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in Arnhem, the Netherlands.
